Final Shipments update

Hello backers
We are in the final process of shipping out all the games. We got a bit delayed for UK/EU as well as US and Canada shipments due to reasons unavoidable from our end. Good news is that everything is back in line and we are looking to ship out by this month end.
For our India and ROW backers, we have shipped out all the games from our factory here in India and if you have not received your game then please contact us.
Because of the new coronavirus wave, our shipments were stuck in both the ports, but both of them are with the warehouse finally. Its been a difficult journey this far and we hope to have your games in your hands by mid Feb.
Thank you for being patient all this while as I know that you all are eagerly waiting for your games and we are working out the quickest eay for you to have them!
December - Shipping update

Hello backers,
This would be our last update before you all get your games! We are really excited for you to have our game.
There has been a few setbacks to our original plan but we are trying to minimize any delays from our end.
Some of you had messaged us if you would receive the game before christmas but it looks very unlikely for that to happen given our current situation.
On the positive side the package has left for US/Canada backers as well as UK hub for all EU backers. Our package is due to arrive to the destination which we are expecting within this year.
For India and rest of the world, we will start shipping to individual addresses by this year end. For US/Canada backers we expect your package to be shipped within 10th January. Due to the ongoing pandemic in UK, shipping will only start for all EU backers by January end. This is something beyond our control. However if things improve before, we should be able to ship them to you earlier.
We still have a few addresses missing from our backers who have not completed the survey as yet. The survey will open tomorrow once again for a week within which you are expected to complete the survey beyond which we won't be able to help you further to send the games to you.

December Update

Hello backers,
Thank you all for being so patient. We would firstly like to thank you all for supporting our game which has helped us to bring this to life.
Currently for our US/Canada backers the Games are on their way to our hub in Boston. We expect this to arrive by 15th of the month olus any shipment related delays which at this time we are unaware of.
For our EU backers, the games will be shipped out from our facility in India on 10th of December which should take a week to reach our hub in the UK.
For India backers, we will start shipping out games by 22nd of December.
For backers from other countries we will be shipping the orders by 22nd December as well.
Currently we are manually checking 25% of the orders for quality control and to make sure the boxes contains eveything it is supposed to contain.

Thank you so much for waiting patiently to hear from us. We took a while to come to this point due to some delays from the manufacturing point because of festivities.
We are done manufacturing our game and waiting for the games to be sent to our warehouse this coming week. Once we do get the shipmemts we will do some random checks to ensure that the games are intact and ready to be shipped by month end.
We are also in the mean time getting the final shipping rates for US/Canada backers from our logistics team anf booking the first container out.
Our backers from other countries will be getting their shipping updates very soon as we will directly ship out the games from our main hub in India.
That being said we are trying our best to have the games sent to you before Christmas and we are very hopeful for the same.
Some of you might get the games a bit later than others but we are trying to keep the window close to each other as possible.

Hello gamers!
We have some exciting news for you all. Our games are being manufactured as we speak. We should get the games in our warehouse around 15th October. We got a bit delayed due to heavy rains and we avoided to go into printing then as it may affect the quality. However things are looking good now and we are excited to receive the games and have it shipped to you as soon as we get them.
We will be sending the games to all zones at the same time. This would mean that people who backed it in India should be the first ones to receive their games. Europe and Australia/New Zealand should be expecting their games by October end. November is when we expect the games to arrive in the USA/Canada centres and the games should be with them by November end/December beginning.
